We’ve cobbled together a short leaflet which goes into a little more depth about the range of local and national support available at the moment. We'll update this open resource as necessary, but please feel free to share it with anyone who you think might benefit from it.

GOOD THINKING

Good Thinking is an open, digital resource that Londoners can use to help soothe all kinds of wellbeing issues, including anxiety, trouble sleeping, depression, and stress.

MULTI-LINGUAL WELLBEING GUIDANCE

Doctors of the World have produced wellbeing guidance in 27 languages to help migrant communities take care of their mental health.

EAST FINCHLEY NEIGHBOURHOOD SUPPORT

A community Facebook group created to coordinate volunteers and requests for support from members of the N2 community.

FIVE BELLS COMPUTER CLUB

A local computer club which meets every Tuesday from 2pm-4pm to help residents with your device and any other tech issues

COMMUNITY BARNET: COVID-19 RESOURCES

CommUNITY Barnet's public library of resources to aid your wellbeing

AGE UK BARNET

Age UK Barnet offer services and support for older people and also coordinate volunteers to help people in need.
